After waiting a reasonable amount of time for parts to arrive, I scheduled my Jeep for some warranty repairs which was estimated to take 3 to 4 hours. Since my wife and I have only the one vehicle, we rea arrive, I scheduled my Jeep for some warranty repairs which was estimated to take 3 to 4 hours. Since my wife and I have only the one vehicle, we rearranged our schedules and appointments to be without our vehicle for that one day. I arrived at the Service Department at 9:00am and was told my vehicle would be ready sometime in the afternoon. At 2:00 I call for an update on the status of my vehicle and was told I would receive a call back in about an hour. When that call never came, I called back at 5:00 and asked if my vehicle was ready for pickup yet. I was then informed that the technicians had not even LOOKED at my vehicle that day, and they would have to keep it overnight and "try" again the next day. "TRY AGAIN"? I had made arrangements to be without my vehicle for that SPECIFIC day, and because I needed my vehicle for appointments the next day, I picked up my unrepaired Jeep and drove home wondering why your Service Department bothers to make appointments. Is it CDJR's philosophy to overbook service appointments and then "get to them when we can"? Because that's what it appears you're doing. Why make service appointments if you are not going to honor them? Such a failure to provide a warranty repair within a promised timeline reflects either a callous indifference to a customer's needs or gross incompetence. Either way, it has left me with the impression that your sales team works extremely hard to SELL vehicles, but your Service Department does not make an equal effort to REPAIR vehicles. I have owned new Grand Cherokees exclusively since 1984. Fantastic SUV. So it truly pains me that my next vehicle will be a Mercedes SUV, only because I know a Mercedes service department treats customers better than this. More

Terrible. I am allergic to scents like bathroom cleaner and Pachouli so I sat on a bench outside for two hours. Came In at 2:30pm and out at 5pm with only an oil change. Had a 2:30 appointment. . The final report on the brake fluid was incomplete. My phone calls went to endless hold. My service advisor was switched to someone not listed. The first man listed, Roger a manager, passed through. I told him it took forever. He may have apologized in passing. I was ignored and trying to be patient. More

I was really impressed with Ryan’s assistance and his response to our problem. I need our Jeep to haul my my mobility scooter. I’m isolated totally without it.
