Service appointment given on phone Monday to come in Tuesday 1:30 for brake check. Car finished after 2 overnight stays. Lack of updates/information. An appointment time apparently means that is to come in and "wait your turn". I sort of feel suggestions were added of more things like tires. Yes, I could have said no, but ended up with all new brakes and all new tires and a cabin air filter. Everything went on for 48 hours leaving me without a vehicle for a long time. Next time I have an issue I guess I will look elsewhere. CDJR is just too busy or something. More
I went to do an oil change and do the clean car wash that the guy offered. I waited inside my car for 20 minutes to get noticed, then another 10 minutes. The person who came to help me said that I only had t the guy offered. I waited inside my car for 20 minutes to get noticed, then another 10 minutes. The person who came to help me said that I only had two oil changes free and no tire rotation. I told him it may be a misunderstanding because I was offered something else. I asked for a review of my purchase, but he did not do it. I waited 2 hours inside. The guy came and asked if I wanted the car wash. I said yes! He asked again are you sure? So that made me feel like he doesn’t want to do it, or whoever person is in charge, I ask why. How long is it going to take? He answered: I don’t know, since he shows zero care and no interest at all in finalizing what was offered at the beginning I decide to just leave, he notices that I wasn’t happy about and tried to find an excuse about it, I told him that is not my first time in there. I have been a customer over two years and first time that I have a bad service. I really want to have more information of what I was offered in the purchase because I believe I have a year of oil change but only 2 oil changes doesn’t sound accurate, so I would love to have more details about the services that are included in my purchase.
