I am very disappointed with your service process. This is the second bad experience in a row so it is obviously an endemic issue. I used quick lane which was not quick. Both times I received a text video indicating your multipoint checks and both times you indicated I needed a cabin air filter. Both times the tech says I will hear from my service advisor with a quote to replace the filter. Both times, I did not hear from anyone until the vehicle service was completed. The first time I asked if they replaced the cabin air filter even though I had not been asked or quoted. The service advisor said yes, and modified my invoice to include it. Judging about how dirty the filter was this time, I suspect that it was never replaced and I was charged inappropriately. I replaced the filter today myself with one purchased on Amazon. I found that the retaining bracket had not need reattached by the service tech (explains the annoying whistle sound since my last oil change.) Then I receive a request for a review offering me a full tank of gas for a perfect score - Come On! Don't insult me by trying to buy a perfect review! You owe me a refund on the cabin filter I was charged for two oil changes ago. More

The service here is always excellent. The wait time is not a problem. Had an oil change, tire balance and rotations and they did a courtesy car wash.
