Service was fairly fast. HOWEVER, this was the second time I was promised a free car wash and the SECOND time I did NOT GET ONE. was also told I would get a video showing the HOWEVER, this was the second time I was promised a free car wash and the SECOND time I did NOT GET ONE. was also told I would get a video showing the work as they were doing it on my vehicle, NOPE DIDN'T GET THAT either. They were very busy when I arrived and some lady refused to help but Carlos and another very nice young man helped me right away. They say there is free drinks but the fountain drink machine doesn’t work. They didn’t have any water either. But a sales person did show me how to get ice and water out of the fountain machine. Just a side point. More

I purchased a 2022 demo and advised that I had road hazard protection. The service manager took pictures of the tire and reviewed the file. He determined that the coverage was not listed.
