Severe lack of communication skills. I left several messages for my service advisor and management, and rarely ever got a reply. They had my car for more then 40 days waiting for parts which I understand can be out of their hands but I left more then 2 dozen messages in that time frame and only received maybe 2-3 call backs. Frustrating. They did fix my car in the end but I will probably use a different dealership next time. More
