Ryan, in customer service, was wonderful. He kept me posted on my Jeep Summit. The warranty people were terrible so Ryan kept me updated. There was a leak in ac and dash had to be removed. Initial setup for recall great then my service rep had to leave for medical appointment. I was supposed to get a ride home but Sat for long time. Finally asked someone they said I was not on the board. They leave for medical appointment. I was supposed to get a ride home but Sat for long time. Finally asked someone they said I was not on the board. They checked and I was. I was told 3hours and after 4 hours I called. They said who is your service rep. I told them she wasn't there. They said I am with a customer I will check on it and get right back to you. After a hour I called and went through whole thing . They said please hold and I got hung up on. I called back and was told the satellite was down and they would let me know. I then received a text to review the car with the initial rep number which I didn't know. I called the number given on text review of my car and it was the rep who was getting medical care. I then called dealership and finally got an answer that it is done...I went to pick up and got keys so my wife and went out to get it and no car I asked someone and they promptly brought it up. More
