Terrible - twice I've had my deisel truck in with Appointments and both times it took a WEEK to get anyone to even touch it. Second time I had the Worst advisor who did not communicate AT ALL even Appointments and both times it took a WEEK to get anyone to even touch it. Josh the Shop Manager did a good job getting the work done after I had to escalate to him with an additional visit. More
