Katie March did a great job of taking care of my repair needs. I appreciated the video that was sent explaining what was done to correct the problem. I was unsatisfied that the request to check my tire inflation was not done and I was not happy with the amount of dirt and grease that I found on the sill and on the drivers seat. This was most unusual as for all my previous service calls, I found the the auto to be well protected from such events and it was always clean when I picked it up. More

I must say I miss the lounge that Bill Bryan proved for its customers. The refreshments served throughout the day made you feel appreciated.A little extra care that made you feel like valued customer. Yest its customers. Yesterday i felt that the minimal was being done and only to suffice the old customers. The hot dogs were I considered a special treat. I’m a coffee drinker but not to provide soft drinks and water seems rather miserly. It seems as though you don’t value your customers as much as Bill Bryan did. More
