Service was fairly fast. HOWEVER, this was the second time I was promised a free car wash and the SECOND time I did NOT GET ONE. was also told I would get a video showing the HOWEVER, this was the second time I was promised a free car wash and the SECOND time I did NOT GET ONE. was also told I would get a video showing the work as they were doing it on my vehicle, NOPE DIDN'T GET THAT either. They were very busy when I arrived and some lady refused to help but Carlos and another very nice young man helped me right away. They say there is free drinks but the fountain drink machine doesn’t work. They didn’t have any water either. But a sales person did show me how to get ice and water out of the fountain machine. Just a side point. More

We were greeted by Ms. March and she addressed our questions concerning how the GPS Navigation system is updated. I was surprised that updates were "DIY" and not done by a March and she addressed our questions concerning how the GPS Navigation system is updated. I was surprised that updates were "DIY" and not done by a dealership personnel. I can imagine something going wrong during a decidedly inexpert update effort. Not please to be left on my own. We asked what a noise that might be a pump (or not) under the dash was. This noise occurs as the van is shut down, but also whenever a door is opened. Having been left stranded by battery failures twice recently, unidentified noises are of great concern. No one in Service made an effort to address this concern. We recently paid off our loan on the van and received a "gift card" for excess payment. My wife asked at the desk in the showroom about getting the card cashed out since we cannot use the card, having never been provided a password for it. No one knew, or was interested in researching, a solution to redeeming the card. Not a particularly satisfying trip to Leesburg CDJR. Everyone was polite, smiling, and completely un-helpful. More
The only reason I came to the dealership for service is because it was part of my buying package from my truck purchase last Dec of 22. I was very dissatisfied with the dealership when it was under prior ownership and although hesitant about what I was in store for, I was pleasantly surprised with the service department. As far as sales department goes I’m gonna have to wait and see if the new owners can work its magic with them. I will recommend your service department but I’m not putting much hope in the old sales force changing their tactics so time will tell. More
