Repairs took almost 2 weeks because the replacement parts had to be ordered. All communication was prompted by me regarding when we would get our truck back. When it was finally ready we went to pick it up a had to be ordered. All communication was prompted by me regarding when we would get our truck back. When it was finally ready we went to pick it up and discovered that the serpentine belt that we requested be replaced had not been done! I contacted the service representative to let him know the belt repair had not been made and it took him two days to call me back. The repairs made were satisfactory but communication was poor. More

I requested my vehicle be left outside so I could pick it up after hours. I got a ride from ocala to pick up my work truck so I could go to work over the weekend, it was locked up in the compound, that cost up after hours. I got a ride from ocala to pick up my work truck so I could go to work over the weekend, it was locked up in the compound, that cost me money as I had no way to pull my work trailer.. The tech did not reset oil life or place a sticker on the windshield.. makes me wonder if the service was even done. They did not top off fluids.. did not check tire pressure as there was 10 to 12 lbs difference in tire pressures..they did not run it thru the wash.. This is definitely not bill Bryan... When my maint package runs out I will wash my hands of this dealership. More
