I was worried when I heard about the name change for your dealership - primarily because I was concerned that Jose Rosado-Valdes would no longer be in the Service Department. He is the best Service Rep we have ever dealt with - hands down. If I were going to start a company of my own, Jose would be one of my first hires. Everything was handled completely and efficiently. We also need to thank Mark [?} who runs the customer service counter - drinks, hot dogs, etc. Glad he's still there. Same goes for Rob Storz, the salesman who handled our purchase of the Chrysler Pacifica Ltd. When it comes time to replace it, your dealership will be our first stop - in no small measure because of these three individuals. More
