I was worried when I heard about the name change for your dealership - primarily because I was concerned that Jose Rosado-Valdes would no longer be in the Service Department. He is the best Service Rep we have ever dealt with - hands down. If I were going to start a company of my own, Jose would be one of my first hires. Everything was handled completely and efficiently. We also need to thank Mark [?} who runs the customer service counter - drinks, hot dogs, etc. Glad he's still there. Same goes for Rob Storz, the salesman who handled our purchase of the Chrysler Pacifica Ltd.
