I would recommend this service center just because of the staff they have there employed. They are very knowledgeable of what needs to be done and get the job done as fast as possible providing they have the staff they have there employed. They are very knowledgeable of what needs to be done and get the job done as fast as possible providing they have the parts available. What I don't recommend is the communication between upper management and the telephone service to the service department. There is nothing customers call in looking for information and get passed onto the telephone loop and that is were you will be passed around for 45 min. before the system kicks you out or lets you leave a message for your customer service manager. even then it is not sure that they will call you back after getting a message. I would have given them a 5 star but due to this communication issues I will only give it a 3. More
