3rd Service at this dealership for my truck, 3rd time when they rotated the tires, he air pressure was not correct for the front and back tires. I was not verbally told when I made my 7:30 am appointment for that you have 48 hours to look at my vehicle. My husband has cancer and kidney failure and has to have his truck for doctor appointm appointment for that you have 48 hours to look at my vehicle. No one returned my call and I was told about the 48 hours again when I called 11:30 am to ask status of the truck. I picked up the truck as I needed it for husband’s doctor appointment next morning.
