Kobe's handling of my car problem was excellent. Late on a Friday afternoon my car would not shut off. I immediately brought the car to the dealership without an appointment. It was quickly determined that the Start Button was malfunctioning. Kobe was my advisor. He proceeded to write up the report and got me an Uber ride home. The following day i received a call from Kobe at about 9:15 am that an Uber ride would be picking me up to take me to Hertz Rental for my rental car. On Monday I received a video from the dealership showing that the Start Button had been replaced. I picked up my car on Tuesday. considering that the Maintaintance Department is only open on Saturday till 5 and closed on Sunday and the part had to be ordered and i did not have an appointment i am extremely happy with the service and attentiveness. Kobe is excellent to work with. More
They told the warranty department that it was a pre existing condition witch is not true. Also was told that the jeep was bought in this year. Took my car for oil and filter change. Told the advisor that is all I want. They did the car check which I did not want and broke my glove box. The process for scheduling service and maintenance are a mess. Even if you schedule an appointment it is still first come first served when you arrive. I arrived for a simple oil and filter change at 0730 am that wasn't complete until 1130 am. Four hours for a simple oil and filter change??? What an unnecessary waste of time. More
