Tried calling the dealership for 3 hours to ask if my vehicle was finished with service. No call backs after leaving messages with a call center service. Cannot get thru to the service dept. Jose Valdes was very helpful over the phone and in person when assisting me with my replacement rear bumper. He was able to get the bumper ordered and get me scheduled in quickly for the repair. The services that I requested were completed to my satisfaction. I was not totally happy with the time it took to do the service.
