I have been trying to get my windshield replaced for 3 weeks now that was cracked when I bought the car and I keep getting the run around. The service writer , Katie was very informative and patient with all of our questions. The repairs that needed to be done to our vehicle were pricey, but it helped our vehicle a great deal. The tech who worked on it sent us videos showing what was needed and then what had been done. What a great job they did. Although there are a few recalls that do not have a fix yet, we will always bring our vehicles back to your dealership.
