The dealership Is helpful had a issue with warranty work but gm was very helpful in getting the work done do to new ownership of vehicle service reps more needs to be more diligent too clients. We are very pleased with our Pacifica service. We got right in, and left in a timely fashion. Service writer Zack Miller was very helpful. The bathrooms were super clean, As a retired Chrysler employee, I was was very pleased at what I experienced. I even bragged about it to several neighbors. I normally don’t give 5 star ratings, but this visit deserves it. 5 stars to Zack Miller, the techs, the cleaning lady, the waiting area concierge, and the car wash crew. More
New Owners, Greeted by someone other than service writer (useless waste of time) then told waiting spot up front for an UBER, no more drivers. No designated/marked waiting spot. Finally got a ride in an Eco (useless waste of time) then told waiting spot up front for an UBER, no more drivers. No designated/marked waiting spot. Finally got a ride in an Econobox I would not let my kid drive. Then when they rotated the tires they did not air the tires correctly and no one checked that so I had to stop back by to have them corrected. Bought 5 vehicles from Bill Bryan, No more at CDJR of Leesburg nor service. More
