We are very pleased with our Pacifica service. We got right in, and left in a timely fashion. Service writer Zack Miller was very helpful. The bathrooms were super clean, As a retired Chrysler employee, I was was very pleased at what I experienced. I even bragged about it to several neighbors. I normally don’t give 5 star ratings, but this visit deserves it. 5 stars to Zack Miller, the techs, the cleaning lady, the waiting area concierge, and the car wash crew. More

I have been trying to get my windshield replaced for 3 weeks now that was cracked when I bought the car and I keep getting the run around. Purchased running boards to help my handicap daughter get in our new Pacifica. The dealership ordered the parts and had them painted. Appointment made for Monday to install.
