The way your appointments are handled was not disclosed to me when I made the appointment. Your mechanic tried to feed either the service advisor or he tried to feed me a line of garbage. They told me the air compressor made noise and that was OK. Not according to the other dealer that I took it to that has found the problem. They also said that it was not low on Freon could not be low on Freon. Again in accurate it was down it’s supposed to be able to hold accordingly at 900 units or something like that and it was a third of what it could have, the dealership that I took it to get right on it and they were able to identify the problem and correct it for me. Unfortunately I did not get the same experience with your technician. More

Jose Valdes was very helpful over the phone and in person when assisting me with my replacement rear bumper. He was able to get the bumper ordered and get me scheduled in quickly for the repair. Their customer service certainly beats driving all the way to Clermont to have my Jeep Wrangler serviced at the dealership where I bought it at. Also, I REALLY appreciate Jose arranging a ride for me to be taken home. That was very unexpected, but greatly appreciated. More

Tried calling the dealership for 3 hours to ask if my vehicle was finished with service. No call backs after leaving messages with a call center service. Cannot get thru to the service dept.
