Took almost 3 months to return my GEMe2, even though they said it had been repaired during previous visit. Then told they replaced certain items at no charge only to realize after I paid that wasn’t the cas said it had been repaired during previous visit. Within several days of getting the vehicle back that the charger won’t turn off automatically once it reaches 100% charge. I’m afraid to take it back for them to remedy the problem. More
The General Manager was horrible to deal with, avoiding calls, sending others to relay messages to avoid a face to face. An install was not done properly and could have had catastrophic consequences. We expected the correction to be made by the dealership and reimbursement for our out of pocket repair. They did the repair but some damage couldn’t exactly be fixed. GM refused to reimburse us our out of pocket repair expense. More
We expect all the services our technician promised would be done to be done. They were not. Fluids not topped and cabin filter promised changed was not. Took over 5 hours. Did a recall also.
