Time for my oil change to be completed was very slow. Staff I interacted with was very profound timely but the whole process for an oil change and air filter replacement was too long. Bought my truck there. Hardly ever got good service. Last time got tires with pil change. Checked on truck said it would be finished next day. Needed 4 wheel alignment. Then got a call said it was ready. 36 pounds of pressure in 40 lbs tires. No print out of alignment. Always got one. No oil change done. Next day. Oil change ask for alignment printout. Didnt get. Not sure if it was done. Another time I was in for an oil change. Knew I had a nail in my right rear tire. Called and said I had a nail, then called and said i didnt. They rotated the tires. Now i have a nail in my right front. Brought te truck back 2 days later and you had to replace the tire. Worst ever. Covenant but no longer worth it. More

Took longer than expected. 3 hours for tire balance and rotation and changing 2 filters. Also aMy tires were over inflated I think. I don’t know the rules bit with it being hot our, shouldn’t they have been set to 33 since it was morning to accommodate the hotter weather coming in the afternoon. I stopped and took some air out. I reported a theft to my service writer and I am still waiting for a management response. Carlos was very nice but it should not take three for a oil change and tire rotation. If they are videoing the work they are doing how are they doing the work and paying attention to details. I called the service writer several times and did not receive a call back. I finally got in touch w/ someone and found out my car was ready.
