Horrible experience. They held my car hostage unless I had the work done. Never answered my text messages. I would never have known my car was finished unless I called. Both drop off and pick up took forever. Charged me thru the roof, very oem part we looked up online they charged me twice the amount. $57 shop charge on each and every repair that they did. For what? Clean up and disposal. In 20 years I have never had such a bad experience at a dealership. If I could leave a zero I would. More

Service Rep Juan was excellent. Making appointment was difficult, 1st call no answer, 2nd call no answer, left message and it was never returned. Made online appointment.
