I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. First when I pulled in at 10:20, I had to wait for someone to wait on me for 20 minutes. Horrible why make an appointment for a recall if you don’t have parts in stock. Also had oil change and tire rotation and your 12 point inspection is a joke. I had a concern about a noise in front end and your inspection only shows a guy with a camera checking for leaks. Not once did they actually grab something to see if was loose. If your ever get my part in for the recall I will bring it in to fix. Other than that I will no longer return for service. More
Most courteous automotive dealership experience in my 72 years! Justin Reed was nothing short of awesome. My appointment to re-program my tire size and TPMS was for 8:30 and it was estimated to require 90 minutes. My car was done 10 minutes early at 9:50! While I was waiting Justin came into the waiting area to see that I was comfortable, which I was. And when it was done he went over the paperwork and checked me out. The only thing that was a disappointment was being charged 3% for using a charge card. Simply put that’s tacky and beneath a dealership of your stature. I get it for small businesses and individual entrepreneurs but not for an operation of your size. BTW - I couldn’t find Justin in your drop-down of service persons. More

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Drop off and pickup were very timely. Repairs took a long time but that is understandable since a fuel tank is not a common part to replace.
