I went there for a wobble on my Jeep Wrangler I just bought December 23 was told need 4 new tires but this may not fix my problem. Jaime listened to me as I explained that I found grease on the inside of the wheel well, possibly something on the road. I waited a year and a half to get a fuel pump for the recall the schedulers called Weaks ahead of time I brought the truck in for service. They indicated 2 to 3 days I called on the third day late in the afternoon to find out they have not even started on it, and it would be another week. I mentioned that I had an appointment and I was confused and frustrated. After that, I called back, asked for the general manager her returned my call and told me he would take care of it. He did indeed take care of it. My truck was complete and ready to go two days later , it would’ve been nice to receive a phone call at least explaining what was going on. Communication is good to have. My past experiences have been very good and I plan to take my truck there in the future More
