My wife and I were traveling though the Dalles with our 5th wheel on our 2013 Ram 2500 diesel when my truck warned me that I had 200 miles till it would go into limp mode at 5mph. It was on a Friday morning when this happened and when I called, I told them that we were traveling through and we had this problem. They said that they were swamped but if I came by, they would take a look. When I got there, they greeted me with a smile and took their time with me to go over some options. Even though they didn't work on my truck, the fact that they stopped what they were doing and made sure that I was safe to continue on was beyond great! We got home and took it to our local dealer and everything they said was true. Thanks again for being there for me and how nice it was to see people who actually care for their customers. More
On May 23, 2025, our 2017 Dodge Ram EcoDiesel was towed to CH Urness Dodge after it was determined a recall issue caused the truck to break down. Despite being in their care for over four weeks, we receive to CH Urness Dodge after it was determined a recall issue caused the truck to break down. Despite being in their care for over four weeks, we received no proactive updates and constant missed time lines. We had to chase information ourselves. The first time the truck was returned to us. The dealership attempted to charge us for fees for charging the battery. The truck was also in limp mode showing the vehicle was never test drove or quality control inspections.” This experience shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for the needs of the customer. We have had all of our vehicles serviced at the Dalles dealership for 25 years and have never received such poor service as this past year. There is no communication from the service dept on the status of dealership for 25 years and have never received such poor service as this past year. Our truck has been in the shop more than it has been out in the past 3 months due to improper repairs having to be done again. Very disappointed in the level of service and communication at this service dept. More

We scheduled a oil change a week before expecting we would get there and they would do it right away because that is why we scheduled an appointment. We entered the office, asked how long it was going t would get there and they would do it right away because that is why we scheduled an appointment. We entered the office, asked how long it was going to take and they said “it will take about 45 minutes”. It took them an hour and a half to change the oil and it took them 30 minutes to take the truck into the garage. Why even schedule an appointment at that point. More
The worst service I have ever experienced. I was misled, they fired my service rep and did no tell me. When I checked on my vehicle they said the rep was no longer there and had no Idea why my vehicle was t they fired my service rep and did no tell me. They new rep informed me after finding the paperwork they could not do all of the service I was promised. I had them fix what they could. After taking my vehicle to another shop to get the job finished I was advised the work Urness had done was leaking because they had left out a bolt. The entire process was nightmare! More
Was having issue with truck, wouldn’t turn. Got it to dodge and had a service front desk man come look at it. He told me was an electrical issue and couldn’t get it in til Monday. I was not buying it, but made apt. Anyway. Truck wouldn’t start so asked a worker, Casey, oil change guy, if he could help, he was GREAT! Actually was able to take a few minutes to not only jump my truck but he helped figure out the problem, battery. He even installed it for me! He took his time to help and listen but the people in service desk cared less, just wanted to schedule me and leave me stranded! parts lady was also fantastic! Your service men upfront need to learn how to care! Instead wanted to just get me for money! Thank you Casey! You were a big Help! He should be working more with the public in service than who is there now! More
Lousy service took week for quote on a repair. They were terrible about returning phone calls. Spectacular, over & above service from Linda & Gary 3/3/17 I have received on all of my visits to CH Urness Motors spectacular, over & above awesome service from Linda in the Service Department. Gary my tech found and replaced the part needed for my drivers side mirror in record time. My walk in experience with Teri in Service Department 2 weeks ago was aweful, she was snappish and rude....but Linda made up for it, Linda is excellent in Customer Service and her job. Thank you Linda & Gary for getting my 2015 Dodge Ram pick up fixed. It was a pleasure working with both of you..especially since my vehicle had been into the I-5 Dodge in Centralia, Washington and I received such crappy service from them, I even had to take pictures of my own vehicle to drivers seat & side mirror for the warranty job and was told that there was no way that it would ever get approved even though there was no damage by me they were factory issues that were covered under my warranty...especially since my truck was 3 years old and had approximately 31,000 miles on it. I will never return to I-5 Dodge in Centralia, Washington, they put on the warranty side mirror and it still didn't work! So, I took it to CH Urness Motors and they got the inspection done, ordered the part, and got me in for an appointment and repaired the problem with no issues or hassle. Thank you Linda.
