Shamika Page is amazing Sales Reprensentative. I came in looking for a bigger used but sorta new vehicle to replace my Jeep compass because its to small. Also gave me a good trade in value on my Jeep compass. The process was easy once I decided I for sure wanted it. When we went to sign for the car it was really fast. I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic on 06/22/2012 with 2,233 miles on it. Two days later I noticed the transmission was grinding when I placed the vehicle in reverse. Being the vehicle is a GM Certified P 2,233 miles on it. Two days later I noticed the transmission was grinding when I placed the vehicle in reverse. Being the vehicle is a GM Certified Per Owned Vehicle, I called Apple Valley and made an appt. for the vehicle to be inspected. When I arrived at Apple Valley on 07/02/2012, I spoke with Larry Heginbotham. Larry was very short with me from the start. He continued to cut me off when I was explaining the situation with my vehicle and when he finally had time to listen to what my vehicle was doing, he told me it was completely normal for the transmission to grind and that there was nothing they were going to be able to do for the vehicle and there was no reason for me to leave it there. Keeping my cool, I decided it was best for me to just leave at that time. Since then, I've arranged an appt. to take my vehicle back to rockville where I made the purchase. More

My daughter went in to "window shop" and Vaughn came out to assist her. After finding out she would need a co-signer, Mom was called to "assist". He was simply the best! I stopped in to Apple Valley Chevrolet to check out a new car. Shamika Page came out to introduce herself and inquire about any questions or if there was anything she could do to help me. I decided to test drive a new Malibu, which she gladly grabbed a set of keys for. Once I got in the car, she showed and explained every feature the car had. We then went for a test drive, where she allowed me to pick which roads I'd like to take to see how the car performed. She was never pushy at any time before, during, or after the test drive. Shamika did an excellent job of keeping the lines of communication open as well as explaining everything clearly. She was quick to return phone calls if she wasn't available. She is friendly and very well educated about the automobiles she sells. After I finished up the paperwork, we walked over to my car and she sat with me during the initial OnStar call and asked if I had any questions afterward. She let me know to stop by or to call if I have any questions and she’d be glad to help. Bobby Springer, one of the Sales Managers, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well. The way he and his sales consultants work with customers is truly unique in that they make their customers feel like they're always available should you need them. He recognized me immediately, as this is the second purchase I made from Apple Valley Chevrolet. He worked very hard to locate my last vehicle and I was pleased to be able to purchase another vehicle from this dealer. Rob Grissinger walked me through financing on my vehicle. He, too, was friendly and thoroughly explained all of the paperwork to me and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. When I financed my previous purchase, Niki Slaughter went through the paperwork with me and quickly processed it as well. Not only are they both efficient, but they truly take the guesswork out of financing. In closing, I would like to say this dealership is the cleanest, most-modern facility staffed with well-rounded individuals who care about their customers. From pre-purchase to negotiations to closing the deal, this dealer's teams of employees are simply head-and-shoulders above their competition. This dealer is completely honest and they don’t try to pull the “fast one” maneuvers left to other, usually larger dealerships. More
