Scott in financing was great and the process was quick and smooth and they even found the best financing deal (I thought my bank deal was great at 2.4 but they got me 2.2%). Overall I would recommend this dealer, great transaction and I love my new (to me) Nissan Altima! More

Easy Purchase I went to Colonial Auto Center to purchase a used 2013 Chevrolet Silverado work truck. My experience there was excellent. I was allowed to take the vehicle out alone for an extended test drive and then completely inspect the vehicle for any deficiencies. The vehicle was as advertised and the paperwork was completed quickly. When it came time to hand over the keys, the sales representative, Bob Kemp, realized there was only one set of keys for the vehicle. Bob promised that he would make this right and he had a locksmith meet me at a time and location that was convenient for me. I would recommend working with Bob Kemp and Colonial Auto Center without reservation. More

Took my vehicle in for service only to be told I need a AC c My Infiniti QX56 was brought in for a check for low Freon, I was charged for refilling the Freon in my vehicle and told that it was fixed. 5 Weeks lat My Infiniti QX56 was brought in for a check for low Freon, I was charged for refilling the Freon in my vehicle and told that it was fixed. 5 Weeks later and some 28 miles later I'm told that I need a new AC compressor. Why wasn't I told that at the beginning before charging me for something that it wasn't? They are Rip off's in that repair shop!!!! Coincidentallymy daughter went there to have her vehicle looked at and was told that she needed a complete tune up, only problem is the car has already had a complete tune up at 80,341 miles and it was done by Saab, the car has 80,962 miles on it. It was time for a oil change is why the service engine light came on. Warning: stay away unless you want to get ripped off!!!!! More
