Above and beyond I had a small dent on the side of my Rouge and assumed that the “Paint less Dent Repair Protection Plan” that was purchased when I bought the Rouge wo I had a small dent on the side of my Rouge and assumed that the “Paint less Dent Repair Protection Plan” that was purchased when I bought the Rouge would cover the repair. Called the plan administrator and they denied coverage; stating that they would not cover damage that exceeded four inches in length and that included any depression that is a result of initial dent. I then went to the dealer and spoke with Scott Draper seeking clarification; he explained what I missed in the contract. Mr. Draper then surprised me by taking ownership of the problem; He said that he would have the body shop work out the dent at no cost to me He also loaner vehicle at no cost. This exceptional customer service is something that I have never experienced in a car dealership other than Colonial Nissan. When time comes to purchase another, I plan to do it at Colonial Nissan. More

They all were extremely helpful in answering any questions and concerns that we had, however Scott Draper did give us a quote for our monthly payment that he had to admit that he had made a mistake on so we had to go back and do some more figures, but it all worked itself out.
