Kennedy is probably the best and most patient and not pushy man Iv'e ever dealt with when it comes to buying cars. He answers all our questions and shows us how to operate all the new items on the cars. When I call him he always answers or calls back as soon as possible. Although I had really been in the market for an MKZ , Sales Rep Michael Gazdik immediately impressed me with his right-on factual knowledge and specs on the car. He knew I loved the car - he just told me what I needed to know. I then felt confident in pursuing the car further as whats to lose. Mikes easy going presentation of the car immediately sold me on the MKS and within minutes the process was underway. Mike made it all easy and effortless as possible. The dealership offered fair trade and very fair market value on the sale. I love cars but buying them is not always fun. This experience became the exception. I will definitely return to Colonial in Charlottesville for my next car purchase and look forward to the experience already. Follow up on the sale has also been very appreciated. So when you are in the market for a car new or used, stop by Colonial and look for Mike. The financing arrangements were also ably handled by Finance Manager Blake Rouse who made the money part less painful and speedy especially for evening transactions. This is by far the easiest purchase we've ever made. We researched the inventory, knew what we were interested in, got a super fast email from Michael Gazdik within I think less than 24 hrs of clicking the webpage expressing interest in possibly making a purchase. Our questions were answered fast and honestly, and we weren't even at the dealership yet! When we arrived at the dealership my wife and I only had a few hours free; but everyone was friendly, helpful and worked with us. We got the trade in value I was looking for and the price on the new Altima we wanted. Now as a disabled vet, our new Altima helps continue to ensure my peace of mind when the wife and kids are traveling without me. This is our second Altima, and I know it will serve us as faithfully as the last. Everyone we ran into at Colonial was great, and I hope the next time we need a vehicle they'll be there. Thanks guys!
