This is by far the easiest purchase we've ever made. We researched the inventory, knew what we were interested in, got a super fast email from Michael Gazdik within I think less than 24 hrs of clicking the webpage expressing interest in possibly making a purchase. Our questions were answered fast and honestly, and we weren't even at the dealership yet! When we arrived at the dealership my wife and I only had a few hours free; but everyone was friendly, helpful and worked with us. We got the trade in value I was looking for and the price on the new Altima we wanted. Now as a disabled vet, our new Altima helps continue to ensure my peace of mind when the wife and kids are traveling without me. This is our second Altima, and I know it will serve us as faithfully as the last. Everyone we ran into at Colonial was great, and I hope the next time we need a vehicle they'll be there. Thanks guys! Unpleasant first car buying experience My entire car buying experience was extremely unpleasant. If I weren't in a rush to buy a car, I definitely would have traveled to another Nissan deal My entire car buying experience was extremely unpleasant. If I weren't in a rush to buy a car, I definitely would have traveled to another Nissan dealership. It all started after test driving a 2013 Nissan rogue that had a large For Sale sign in the window. The car had leather interior and a sunroof. My husband and I loved the car and were set on purchasing it. We waited in the sales office for at least thirty minutes eagerly awaiting to sign the paperwork. When our sales associate returned, he informed us that the Nissan rogue that we had just driven with the For Sale sign in the window had been sold to a car rental business. He then told us that we could test drive a 2014 Nissan rogue and that the price would be reduced since we had been inconvenienced. When we went outside to test drive the 2014 another sales associate suddenly got in the car and drove off with another customer. Unlike the 2013 Nissan, the 2014 did not have a sunroof or leather interior. The sales associate told us that he could include one or the other in the 2014 but not both. After talking with the manager about our unpleasant and lengthy experience, the manager agreed to add leather interior and a sunroof to the car so that it would be the same as the 2013. We completed all of the paperwork and waited for the car to be cleaned before driving it off the lot. When we received the car, it was dirty! There was dust and debris on the exterior and there was coffee around the cup holder. In addition to this, my brand new 2014 Nissan Rogue all ready had 400+ miles. The sales associate again tried to accommodate us by promising to give us a $100 gift certificate. At this point, my husband and I were still extremely disappointed but thought that our associate tried to be helpful. We were both hopeful that our negative car buying experience had ended. However, after picking up the car a week later after the sun roof and leather alterations had been made, we were once again disappointed. The leather is poor quality and we're afraid that it will rip easily and of course the car was given to us dirty once again after being promised that it would be cleaned when I picked it up. Even though our sales associate was very friendly, our car buying experience was extremely unpleasant and I would never return to this dealership to purchase another car. More
