This was our third purchase fromColonial, all from Simona, and are very happy with our cars! Simona is fantastic. She is very helpful and will go out of her way to make her customers happy. The only negative about our experience is the wait time to sign the papers. I would suggest that Colonial hire more people to help in that department. The last two times we seemed to wait for hours just to sign our names. Other than that, our experience is great. The only reason we go to Charlottesville is to shop at Colonial Auto Center with Simona! More

I originally went to Colonial Auto because my son bought his car there and he and my husband liked the salesperson. My first impression of Simona J. Holloway Warren was good. She listened to what I was looking for in my 1st new car ever. She seemed honest, knowledgeable, and like she truely cared about helping me. She was not a "pushy" salesperson. We test drove different cars. She made notes of what was important to me. Simona is really a people person. She is warm and caring. She went out of her way to meet me on a Saturday and a Monday, Martin Luther King holiday. She found me the color I wanted with the package and accessories that I wanted. We developed a trust and friendship that I never felt at any other car dealer in Charlottesville. I went to every dealer in town. I liked a few other cars that I test drove elsewhere but no one was as sharp as Simona, and I felt good about Colonial Auto too. Everyone was so nice. I met several of the front reception ladies and they were all pleasant too. When looking at Simona's wall of photos, I saw other friends of mine that bought from her also. After over 25 years of selling cars, it is obvious she is doing something right! I hope the new Nissan stands up to it's name. I assure you Simona stands behind hers! More

He even stayed late after hours on a rainy cold evening when the delivery truck was a few hours late just to make sure all was well.
