We called ahead and told Felicia Schultz what we were looking for. She had two cars waiting and both met our needs. She had answers to almost all our questions. He's an excellent salesman and you had better have done your homework before you sit down with him to talk financing and extras. He offered financing that matched what we had already arranged so it was done same day, on site. We had planned not to buy extended warranty but his third offer was too good to pass up. Tax, tags, and title were all included with no surprise charges. We are very happy with our new (used) car, we were well treated and feel we got a fair deal.
