Because of our experience with Colonial Genesis, we purchased a Hyundai Tucson. Of the three Hyundai dealers near us, Colonial is the furthest away. We choose Colonial for their integrity and professionalism. Hyundai has chosen to consolidate Genesis sales and service in one dealership in Richmond. While I believe increased emphasis on this brand is the correct marketing move, Hyundai has chosen the wrong dealership. In choosing both the Genesis and the Tucson, I visited on several occasions all three dealerships. In choosing the Genesis, I went from being a four time Lexus owner. That is the market Genesis wants to compete with. I don’t believe this will happen with their choice of the West End Richmond location. More
