We introduced ourselves and told James we are looking for a new car, I (Deborah) would like a 6 cylindar, and told James we like to drive to the mountains on our vacations and occaisonally on weekends. James explained to me that with the power of the new cars a 4 cylinder is just as powerful as a 6 cylinder. So,OK Let s take a look. James took us to look at some of the new stock, Elantra, Sonata........ (Bill) stopped at the Sonata Is this one unlocked? No James replied but we can open it for you. SOLD! I've had that happen to many times. After I found the car I love...2014 Sonata! I couldn't make up my mind what color I liked best. Lamont offered to park the three colors I like best side by side so I could choose. Who does that? I've never had a car sales man so eager to please. After I picked the perfect car....and color for me I met Jennifer Ewing. She is the finance officer. You know the person you really don't want to have to deal with. But Jennifer is so very nice and helpful. She makes signing all those papers painless. I don't know where she gets all her energy or how she keeps smiling all the time. But Jennifer makes you feel like a close friend and she will go out of her way to make sure your happy with all Hyundai is doing for you. More
