Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. The service was excellent. The young man in the maintenance dept. made me feel confident that the car would be in good working order and if not bring it back. was excellent. Took my car in for service and they saw my brake pads were backwards from changing out pads in the dark on the front passenger wheel. They wanted to charge full price for flipping the pad over to prevent were backwards from changing out pads in the dark on the front passenger wheel. They wanted to charge full price for flipping the pad over to prevent further damage and they drove the vehicle to the house. Definitely could have done a courtesy by just flipping them since the total price of work done was $550 to avoid any further damage. Customer service wasn’t that great and they were not able to provide further information and forgot which side the pads were backwards when asked. More
