I came in contact with David Boone via the internet. I was in search of a 2008 Toyota Tundra Crew Max and Apple Toyota had one in their inventory. I assisted my daughter who was making a first time purchase of a (used) car. A number of people had recommended using CarMax to search for a car, but as a Baltimore resident she was not finding any lo purchase of a (used) car. She started searching our nearby vicinity, and saw some potential options at this dealership. I met David Boone when I visited the dealership to make sure the cars were worth a trip from Baltimore to test drive. David was personable and professionally knowledgeable. I was confident his relative youth would make the car buying experience less intimidating to my daughter, which proved to be the case. David was attentive to the priorities that she was shopping for in a car. The dealership handled all of the paperwork entailed in registering and titling a vehicle in an adjacent state. In advance, David knew he would be absent the day we picked up the car, but he had arranged that co-workers would handle that and, upon our arrival, they approached us knowing who we were before we even reached the door. In response to some follow-up concerns regarding the transfer paperwork, there were prompt e-mail responses to the questions. Both Jeremy and David were great. Since we bought the truck from out of town they made sure our experiance was simple and stress free.
