He aided me in making MY OWN decisions with the many choices available and totally devoid of any "sales pressure" whatsoever. The rest of the staff that I dealt with also impressed me as to their professionalism and thoroughness in making sure that I understood every detail of the transaction, the benefits and my responsibilities as well. I do appreciate the honesty that I experienced at Valley Subaru. I will indeed return for another vehicle there in time, but with the quality of vehicle that I purchased, I believe it may well be quite a while. Thanks for the experience. More

Even when I stopped by to test drive a car that I didn't buy, I got the same level of service. Frank handled all aspects of the sales process up until Financing so I didn't feel shuffled around. Once I got to Finance, it was a quick process to sign the paperwork. They offered several add-on's, and I agreed to one, but once I said no to something, they just moved on and didn't hassle me about my decisions.I didn't have a trade-in on this deal, but I did on the last one, and I feel like they treated me fairly. Prices are not reduced very much for this brand, but I knew that already. Even so, there was a little room and I feel like I came away with a fair deal. More
