Next which is high on our list, we like the approach of the sales team; low pressure and knowledgeable accompanied by the desire we only purchase what we want, nothing more, nothing less. We also appreciate the experience of the service department. We’ve only had two issues with our Outbacks over the past ten years. The service department was committed to repairs and regular service to keep the cars performing to the quality of the reputation. I brought my 2014 Subaru Forester Premium in to trade for a 2019 Forester Premium, I already knew that this new vehicle was extremely popular and diff I brought my 2014 Subaru Forester Premium in to trade for a 2019 Forester Premium, I already knew that this new vehicle was extremely popular and difficult to get on the lots. Matt worked with me on a great deal which did not resemble my previous dealings with Brown then Umansky Subaru. I had a great time in buying this vehicle. Matt was fun to work with, very knowledgeable and patient with teaching me how to work with the new electronics. I highly recommend Matt, his team and this dealership to anyone shopping for vehicles. First Subaru buyer I had been by to look at cars for about 8 months. I stopped by on a Sunday to look thinking they wouldn’t be open on a Sunday but they were! USAA Car Buying Service Worked Exactly as Advertised Matt did a great sales job. We were in the dealership unannounced several times over several months, and Matt was not always there. Billy and Michael stepped in and helped make the sales experience an overall excellent one. The USAA Car Buying service is the way to go, at least from this buyer's perspective. It relieved a lot of the pressure of buying a new car. Matt answered all our questions and was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Maher was similarly efficient in finalizing the financing and optional services. Overall, nothing could have gone better. NOTE: we bought our first Subaru from your dealership, and were pleased with the car. One of your biggest sales incentives for returning customers, however is Carmen in the Service Department. She is a treasure--knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, thorough, etc. We may have been able to find a better deal in the region, but Carmen brought us back to your store. More

Far Exceeded Expectations My overall experience dealing with Valley Subaru far exceeded my expectations! I had been interested in purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek for many years p My overall experience dealing with Valley Subaru far exceeded my expectations! I had been interested in purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek for many years prior to deciding to purchase a 2019 Crosstrek through Valley Subaru. I had done my research and knew what I wanted, so the process wasn't overly complicated. Initially I used the USAA car buying service to find local Subaru dealers near me. I was provided a list of three dealerships whom subsequently reached out to me via email, text, and calls. Valley Subaru was the most responsive and added the personal touch needed to secure my business. Kelly Ashby, the internet sales manager, was extremely responsive and gave me personal attention. She answered my numerous questions with exceptional speed and patience during a two week car search. The one day in which Kelly was not in the office, Bryan Sites, the sales manager, seamlessly took the baton and was able to continue with customer service support. This ensured my questions were answered in a quick and reliable timeframe. During my purchase, Matt Hollembeak, the Sales Specialist was extremely informative and walked me through all aspects of the vehicle and made the process extremely comfortable from the buyers perspective. Matt was the best car sales specialist I've ever worked with; he was honest, straight forward, and relatable. Lastly, Helen Shibut, the finance officer, worked with me on the paperwork. Helen wasn't pushy, and did not try to sell me anything that didn't truly fit my individual needs. One nice aspect of working with Valley Subaru is that all the DMV tasks were completed at the dealership; one less trip to the DMV is always a good thing! All of the add ones I requested made it on to the vehicle prior to pick up and I didn't need to make an additional trips back, which speaks volumes of the service department. I walked into the dealership with a competitive loan rate, but Valley Subaru was also to beat it. They didn't waste my time a received a quick offer from Subaru, which I accepted. I had several offers from dealerships significantly closer to my home, but Valley Subaru provided a fair offer, exceptional customer service, and reliable service support. I'm very happy with my decision to purchase from Valley Subaru. More
