"Best" buying experience- EVER!! I've bought several cars from Cable Dahmer over the years, and each time they somehow figure out a way to exceed my expectations and the happy and gre I've bought several cars from Cable Dahmer over the years, and each time they somehow figure out a way to exceed my expectations and the happy and great buying experience I had the time before. It's really quite amazing! Last week I drove through Cable Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac on Noland Rd in Independence, Mo. looking for a late model Pre-Owned Yukon Denali to give to my fiancé for an engagement gift. Jose Chavez is the Sales Associate who helped me initially and ultimately throughout the process, and his customer service skills were attentive, genuine, sincere and exemplary. Through the process we also had the opportunity to work with Gen. Mgr. Mr. Dan Boyer, who likewise was absolutely the best and most genuine in helping us in our effort to find the right vehicle for the occasion. Kudos as well to the Gen. Sales Mgr. Curtis, who was equally fantastic and forthcoming!! He did a great job in working through the numbers and delivering the vehicle and it was obvious why he is in the position he is; our experience with Curtis was equally great. Also a great job at the end of the process by Sherril Bass, in helping my fiancé and myself in understanding all the features and benefits of Onstar and the other electronic functions the vehicle offers. We ended up leasing a "Brand New 2017" loaded Yukon Denali at a better deal than what I would have gotten had I bought a Pre Owned! Great job Jose and Dan, and Curtis.
