SERGIO I came in looking for a new/used truck and I barley stepped on the lot before I was greeted by this happy go lucky salesman, Sergio. He asked how he could help me and what I was looking for. I had a laundry list of things but needed to stay within a budget. He took me to an 2009 Sierra Denali which had exactly what I wanted so I took it for a test drive and fell in love. Next came the daunting task of price negotiation. Sergio was a trooper with the back and forth back and forth negotiations. He took his time to educate me on what I was buying and what options I had. I was there after closing and Sergio was more than willing to stay with me through the entire process. Sergio made me feel like I was part of his family/friends circle instead of just a sales transaction. I will be back to see Sergio when I need another car. I will definitely recommend Sergio!
