Patient and Informative I had been taking my vehicle someplace else and felt that I was being taken advantage of for being a single woman with little knowledge of cars. I brought my car to Cable-Dahmer last week and Jason Otto took the time to explain everything to me and talk me through my options. I didn't feel pressured and I believe he helped me to make an informed decision regarding the repairs my vehicle needed. Everyone else in the service department was also extremely nice and greeted me when they walked by. I don't think I have ever felt that comfortable in a service center.
