Service seems VERY low quality and under experienced I went up to Cable Dahmer Cadillac to get the 100,000 mile services my Escalade was about due for that had been recommended to me from my home town de I went up to Cable Dahmer Cadillac to get the 100,000 mile services my Escalade was about due for that had been recommended to me from my home town dealer before I moved to Kansas City completed today. When I pulled up to the dealer ship I had noticed that I had drove up to what appeared to be the wrong side of the service drive, my first negative thought was wow, they have really poor lot direction. No signs for new customers to know where they are going. As I drove around the building I noticed that the way there lot is set up is very confusing, hard to navagate around, and looks sloppy and unorganized. Upon driving around the building I noticed one of the service area doors had a huge what looked like an oil trail leaving the door. My first thought was oh my I hope that does not happen to my car... As I drove around the back side of the building I noticed 3 what also appeared to be oil trails going around the back of the building. Then noticed one huge oil trail and one smaller one leaving a bay in the corner of the building, one of the oil trails was MASSIVE and went behind the building... My only thought was there is no way that car is even still running and how sorry I felt for that customer. At this point I had seen enough negative things that I did not even stay to stop in for service, I am going to be doing some looking for a Cadillac dealer here in Kansas City that knows what they are doing. Not one that has the exterior appearance of a low level car line or a Jiffy Lube failure... More

problemed Yukon I was having trouble with my Yukon and Cable-Dahmer was the 2nd place i took it to get fixed. The service dept was very friendly and helpful. Unlike m I was having trouble with my Yukon and Cable-Dahmer was the 2nd place i took it to get fixed. The service dept was very friendly and helpful. Unlike most places I've taken vehicles to be worked on, Robert Brooks didn't throw parts at the problem to see if it fixed the problem he and his staff spent hours working with my car to make the car duplicate the problem and fixed the problem. The communication between myself and the shop was wonderful they kept me informed and fixed my car. The other real treat for me was they allowed me to use a loaner when they were fixing my vehicle. I will return for any further service and will recommend everyone do the same. More
Excellent Customer Service I was most impressed by all of the employees that I came into contact with. Carlos worked with me so very well he kept me advised of the process at all times, (I just didn't sit there twindling my fingers). Dana the receptionist was so patient with me as I asked the many questions I had for her too. Overall the whole team that I worked with was magnificent. I would GLADLY RECOMMEND Cable Dahmer GMC Cadillac to any one who asked. My rating for them especially Carlos would be a 10 on a scale from 1 - 10, 10 being the highest. Great service Since the change over from the former Galen Boyer dealership to the present Cable-Dahmer owned dealership there have been some bumps in the road. The workmanship has always been very good the only drawback has been getting my vehicles in and out in a timely fashion and even this has gotten better. More
