My great new Silverado truck buying experience I arrived for the first time with no appointment and Rick Zapata was very friendly and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in poss I arrived for the first time with no appointment and Rick Zapata was very friendly and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in possibly buying a new Silverado and I was very specific with what I wanted and also a price point. Rather than try to lead me his way he worked with what I wanted and was extremely pleasant and accomodating. He is a tremendous car salesman. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle and comfortable on the test drive. Talking price he didn't waste my time and we got right down to the bottom line w/ minimum haggling. Enter Aaron. He also explained what the dealership could do with price and why quickly and we got a fair good price for me worked out. Also very knowledgable and responded quickly to what truck I wanted without pushing what he thought. Then the cherry on top Rick offered to deliver my vehicle to my house 30 min away that evening! Wow, and it was no done begrudgingly which is the highest compliment I can give! Kari was quick to work w/ in finance which I liked and she didn't push things on me which I liked. Buying my new car I bought my new car yesterday and I love it!!!!! The sales person, Jesse, was great. He knows his stuff from sales to the very little details of the c I bought my new car yesterday and I love it!!!!! The sales person, Jesse, was great. And then he actually walked me through how to work the stereo system where I didn't have to figure it out on my own and get the full benefits of it. I was really impressed with him and his knowledge. I also appreciate what Kari did for me getting me a great rate on the car. Overall, I would if I had family living here recommend them to Cable Dahmer as the dealership to go to for a used or new car however, I will and have recommended friends to go.
