I came in to cable dahmer as a fist time buyer I had gone to other dealers and i didnt like how i was treated. I came into cable and i had no clue the first thing about buying a car and Mr Meier was very hel to other dealers and i didnt like how i was treated. Before dealing with Cable Dahmer and Jeff Davis all of my experiences had been anything but enjoyable. The games of back and forth to "MY MANAGER", etc.-we all know what they are. So when my husband and I needed a new car in January I very reluctantly drug my feet and finally said okay. I had heard good things about Cable Dahmer, their customer service, etc and truthfully they are the closest dealership to our home. From the minute we arrived and said "Just looking" until we drove the car off of the lot we were treated with the utmost respect. No high pressure, no games. We bought a brand new Malibu and have been very pleased with our choice. Being a loyal Chevrolet customer this is just one in the long list of Chevrolets we have purchased in the last 30+ years. Jeff has been extremely good with follow-up, and taking care of some matters that were probably a little above the norm. No I still don't want to walk barefoot through hot coals, or swim in Lake Michigan in January. But when the time comes to buy a car Cable Dahmer and Jeff Davis will get my business. I have told others about our experience and will recommend this dealership and salesperson when the time comes. More

When I first walked onto the dealership lot, there was one car I wanted to look at but wasn't even sure if I was in the mood to buy. Chris Knox approached me and I thought, "Oh, no. Chris was very perceptive to this and just said, "hey, let me know if you need anything," and then walked away. But his sales instincts kicked in and was persistent enough to notice I was lingering around the car for quite a bit. When I started to walk back to the main office to find someone to see if I could test drive the car, Chris was right there asking if I needed any additional information. Sure enough, he got me the keys, filled out some paperwork and zoom, zoom! Off we went! The test drive went great! Chris was great. He was patient, well-mannered (not pushy) and calmly asked me questions about what I was looking for in a car, why I was looking, my price point and other questions I thought were really good. When I left the dealership, Chris made me feel like I was a friend who I could count on. After some careful consideration and research on my own end, I ended up buying the car from Chris. Chris made me feel confident that I could count on him and trust him. I've now had the car for a couple of months and anytime I've had any questions, Chris has been on-point and gotten back with me in a timely manner and given me the most up-front, honest answers and for that, I can't thank him enough.
