The only representative that had a clue to what selling cars is about, would be David, and he isn't the salesman. I was ask to come in on a Saturday, when I arrived, again we were passed off. Maison our final salesman, he will make a great salesman, he was very courteous, and patiently tended to our needs. Unfortunately he needs more knowledge and to his defense, his examples are failing him. We did finally get things done after several hiccups that could have been avoided by the dealership. I know the credit score was low, but I should have never been treated as if that score was a direct refection of my intelligence. Take the time to mentor with better customer service to those young salesman, the dividends will pay off huge rewards. So while the entire experience wasn't great, there were some bright things, David and Maison. More

My sales experience was good for the most part. I was overwhelmed with the technology heavy "paperwork" experience. I don't like doing the transactions electronically on a virtual desktop. I prefer seeing the papers that I'm signing in hard copy. But, I liked the people--sales, sales manager, and finance--with whom we dealt. And I like the new Equinox! More
