Service is bad. Three months ago I purchased a 2014 1500 Ram pickup Cabral. Three days ago I had a check engine light come on and took it to the to have the problem t Three months ago I purchased a 2014 1500 Ram pickup Cabral. Three days ago I had a check engine light come on and took it to the to have the problem took care of. When I droped it off the serivice personal seemed to make it appoint that I understood I only had a basic warranty on my pickup. I thought this was odd. This dealership dose not offer a loaner car. Or maybe just not to me as I have only a basic warranty. I was told that I was going to get a rental car and pay for it myself. Another point that this service person made very clear. Here I am three days later and my pickup is just now getting looked at. I've had to call many times. Each time I call I was told that they were sorry. That had employees calling in sick and the had a lot of cars to look at. I really don't care. Monday being a holiday. ( Memorial Day) I will not be able to return the rental car until Tuesday. Witch will cost me an additional $300.My hole point is this. Because my purchase was not a Ram 1500 Big Horn or Laramie addition pickup and just a Ram 1500 with just a basic warranty as was pointed out to me I am not a valued customer. More
