Great inventory, great service and overall great experience! It was time to buy a third vehicle for the family and I had received a couple of recommendations from friends for Cactus Auto. I did my research ahea It was time to buy a third vehicle for the family and I had received a couple of recommendations from friends for Cactus Auto. I did my research ahead of time thanks to their very good website that lists all of their extensive inventory (better than most non-factory-dealer lots in town) and includes lots of pictures of each vehicle. When I arrived, I was assisted by Junior Alday. He is new to the dealership, but went out of his way to ensure that we took all the time that we needed to investigate the different options available, and any time he didn't know an answer, he made sure to check with one of the more experienced members of the sales team. We eventually found the right vehicle for our family, a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. From that point, Reg Obie made it a straightforward and simple buying experience, handling everything smoothly and even providing us with a small refund on our purchase when he realized an error on the licensing had been made. All-in-all I felt that it was a friendly, low-pressure, comfortable environment in which to shop for and purchase a vehicle. Thanks, Cactus Auto! More
