Patient Staff!! I had been scoping out my dream vehicle for about a week or so, we finally went for a couple of test drives, by the time we got to Cactus, we were thi I had been scoping out my dream vehicle for about a week or so, we finally went for a couple of test drives, by the time we got to Cactus, we were thinking we had hit a dead end. I found the CR-V online with no photos, but it was well below my price range, so it deserved a look. When we got there, Cris was on his way inside and I ambushed him mid-lunch break (sorry, Cris!). He took the time to get the keys and let us test drive. The car had just been given to them a few days before, so when we noticed the A/C was acting funny, he set up a time for the next business day for us to come in to have it fixed. We were in the process of going to the bank when he called us personally to let us know the A/C issue was fixed and our car was ready. He even waited about 30 minutes past his quitting time to let us come pick up the car. I feel bad that we were such horrible customers, but very very VERY happy with the service and ease of sale. I haven't had a car in three years, and I love my new CR-V!! Thank you, Cris!! More
