Our entire experience with Cactus Auto was wonderful from beginning to end. It was my son's first time buying a vehicle and they made his first experience a great one. I have never actually enjoyed buying a vehicle until now. It was quick and easy, and that is so rare with auto purchases. Usually buying a vehicle, is a very long and frustrating process. I was especially concerned about the process because we lived 2 hours away from the dealer. But the extremely friendly staff, Jeff in sales and Reg and Xander in finance made the entire deal fast, easy and fun. Because of the stellar service, I will make the 2 hour trip again for my next vehicle. I will gladly reccomend Cactus Auto to anyone looking for a good vehicle and a great price. More

He is a professional who knows how to make the paperwork flow so fast and easy you'll wonder what it must be that the bigger dealerships leave out of what they teach their sales staff. I went to Cactus Auto because some of my friends bought cars their and every one of them had only good things to say. I went, found what I wanted, they made the car I wanted be more of the car I wanted. I wanted to keep my Ford Police Interceptor basic black grill and wheel caps so they made that happen lightning fast. I said I wanted some additional paint work on it as well and they told me exactly who to go to to get that done. I really think you'll be hard pressed to find any other dealer that will as accommodating as Cactus Auto is. Here is the case for Cactus Auto boiled down: They treat you right and people know it.
