Friendliest staff of any dealership I’ve ever been to We were searching for a car for my wife, since her Suburban was coming out of Lease soon, we were looking at Chevrolet and Cadillac for another one or We were searching for a car for my wife, since her Suburban was coming out of Lease soon, we were looking at Chevrolet and Cadillac for another one or an Escalade ESV. We had already visited three dealerships and I spoke to representatives from two others over the phone. When we arrived at Cadillac of Greenwich I was not expecting much given the experience we have had with other dealerships lately. When we pulled into the lot there was a gentleman there and he walked us into the building, we told him about the experience we had with another local Cadillac dealership and he assured us that that was not how Cadillac of Greenwich did business. Little did we know that the person was the owner of the dealership and he could not have been a friendlier and approachable person. He walked us in introduced us to his sales manager and passed us to him. Throughout the 2 hours we were at the dealership the owner came over several times to see how our experience was going. When we sat down with the sales manager he discussed with us what we were looking for and any special options we wanted. We sat with him for about 20 minutes and spoke and I must say I felt very comfortable and like I was speaking with an old friend. As we spoke several other employees came over and everyone was very polite and easy to deal with. After speaking with us the Sales Manager brought us out to a car that he liked and thought we would. We were skeptical at first but after seeing the car talking a little more with him and driving it we decided we wanted the car and we were passed off to another person to discuss pricing. I had an idea of what the car might cost walking into the dealership and after sitting for a few minutes and talking we got our first offer which was below what I had expected. With the experience we had with the dealership and the no hassle easy process we experienced we ended up leaving with a new car. I will definitely be coming back to Cadillac of Greenwich and already started discussing our next car with them when my car comes off lease next year. This dealership is the exact opposite of the pushy and sneaky car dealership and dealers I have unfortunately come to know. It was refreshing to have an experience with a car dealer, not leave aggravated, feeling like we got a good deal and happy with the overall experience. Other dealerships truly should take a page from Greenwich’s book and treat all customers this way. More

Extremely Happy with Sales!! I had gone to another Cadillac dealership, but Greenwich is far superior. The sales team asked what I was looking for and then showed me the XT4. Raj I had gone to another Cadillac dealership, but Greenwich is far superior. The sales team asked what I was looking for and then showed me the XT4. Raj (sales person) then showed me the Iphone connection, and all the improvements since my 2011 CTS. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Initially, there was a difficulty transferring my OnStar. Raj kept following up with OnStar and me to insure that I was fully connected. He has continued to follow up with me to be sure I am enjoying my new car. Hats off to Cadillac of Greenwich, and in particular Raj and Mike, the sales manager. More
