It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Not only did they change my oil they also returned my car looking better than I had brought it in. They washed my car so it looked brand new again. Everyone I have dealt with from my sales person Marvin Mattson and finance Don Renner at Cadillac Mazda of Lake Lanier has been professional, friendly and helpful. Great Experience! I bought a new Cadillac & my purchase experience was PERFECT! My salesperson was Nick & the manager I spoke to (I think the managers name was Rob but I bought a new Cadillac & my purchase experience was PERFECT! Our 2002 Escalade has also been serviced at Lake Lanier Cadillac/Mazda since we moved to the area in 2006. The service department representatives, especially Connie, have always taken excellent care with our cars' maintenance. We are always treated as valued customers, fairly treated with intelligent explanations of our car's needs. When time came to replace the Escalade, we sought salesman Nick Jones' help in choosing an SRX. Nick was informed, gracious, and and patient with our questions, and applied no pressure. He continues to be a fountain of information about our beautiful new SRX. Barry also helped facilitate the sale with aplomb and integrity.
